Licensed Practical Nurse (School) provides nursing care to students in a school setting for a 36-week contract in Yelm, Washington. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based nursing care to students, including health assessments, medication administration, and emergency response

• Maintain accurate health records and update medical documentation

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to create a safe environment

• Assist in health education and promotion activities within the school

• Ensure compliance with all school health policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active WA LPN license

• 0+ years of experience

• Ability to work in a school setting and adapt to the schedule
