Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute settings. The LPN will deliver hands-on nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, and accurately document care while supporting person-centered care plans. Working within an interdisciplinary, faith-based team, you’ll promote dignity, safety, and comfort, collaborate with CNAs, therapists, and RNs, and participate in quality improvement and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and support continuous improvement.
