Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled support to residents.
• Perform resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with a team that values energy, compassion, creativity, and talents.
• Support flexible scheduling and work/life integration.
• Participate in coaching and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN) or (RN).
• Currently licensed as an LPN/RN in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living environment with the geriatric population is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
