This position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service.
Responsibilities and Duties
- As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
- Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person-centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position
- Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care
- OPEN POSITION- 7pm- 7 am scheduled rotation
- All shifts available PRN
Qualifications and Skills
- Current license in Florida
- Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule
- Compassionate individuals
- Candidates with experience in dementia care, respiratory care, post operative care, dialysis care, wound care and end of life care will find satisfaction in working in this facility.
