B.R.I.D.G.E. Path Staffing is seeking a passionate, energetic and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full time position in Bloomfield, New Mexico.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care while helping patients feel safe, comfortable and supported.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patients for changes in condition.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans.
• Assist with wound care, medication management and other clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN or physician.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
• Promote patient safety, dignity and compassionate care.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current New Mexico LPN license or a valid multistate license recognized in New Mexico.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient focused attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and problem solving skills.
• Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation or long term care experience is a plus.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
