- Administer medications, monitor patient health, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Support routine exams, patient assessments, and minor procedures.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN license in South Carolina.
- Experience in primary care or outpatient settings preferred but not required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
