Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facilities. The LPN will deliver hands-on nursing services, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of chronic and acute conditions, while supporting residents’ dignity and independence. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to care planning, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
