The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the individualized service plans for community residents. - Current, valid Practical Nurse License in good standing from the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
- Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
- Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
- Dementia care experience preferred
- Maintains CPR certification
