Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: 18 Frances St #3095, Woburn, MA 01801
Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 8s (Variable - Days/Nights) – five days in a week that includes EOW
Contract: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
Duties Include:
- Taking Vitals
- Assisting with ADL’s
- Transportation
- Medicine administration and reminders
- Assisting RN’s
