Standing Stone Care and Rehab Center in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on nursing care for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, document care, and support care plan development with the interdisciplinary team.
