Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute community. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and support interdisciplinary care plans while promoting dignity, safety, and quality outcomes. Working in our faith-based, mission-driven culture, you will collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff, mentor CNAs, and participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives that impact residents’ lives every day.
