Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on care plans and medical guidelines
- Give medications and treatments as ordered
- Watch for changes in residents' health and report concerns
- Keep clear and accurate medical records
- Work with nurses, caregivers, and other team members
- Help keep a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Good communication and basic clinical skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living is helpful but not required
