n Qualificationsn

n · Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practicen

n o Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 daysn

n · Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.n

n · TB skin test (current within last 12 months)n

n · Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not requiredn

n · Must have reliable transportationn
