• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nurses and physicians
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient information accurately and promptly
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
