Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Term: Contract; 13 weeks
Shift: 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am (Three Days in a week that includes EOW)
Pay Rate: $40/hr.
Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs/week
Pay Period: Weekly
Start: ASAP
Required:
- Must have LPN license
- Experience with SNF/LTC preferred
- Must work every other weekends
- Must be Covid Vaccinated
