Shifts Available:
- Full Time Night Shift (8 or 12 hours)
- Full Time 6p-6a Weekends
LPN Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors.
- Provide basic medical care including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments provided.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
- Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Must be 18 years of age or older .
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to resident-centered care.
