Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with care plans
- Perform treatments as ordered by physicians within scope of practice
- Monitor and document resident conditions and changes
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Support the care team and complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of ONE year as an LPN Required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills required
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
