Position Summary

As an LPN or RN , you'll provide direct nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help ensure our residents receive the highest level of clinical excellence and compassion every day.

What You'll Do

• Deliver quality nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment

Available Schedules

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

8-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Every other weekend rotation for Full-Time and Part-Time positions

• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Passion for providing exceptional resident care
