Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Valley View Health and Rehabilitation, a long-term care and rehabilitation facility, offers PRN (as needed) opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The pay range is $27.05-$33.00 per hour, with shift differentials available for night shifts and weekend days.
Flexible scheduling is available for day or night shifts, allowing you to choose when you work and maintain a schedule that works best for you. This position does not offer benefits.

Position Overview
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach help ensure residents receive exceptional care every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, including vital signs
- Report changes in condition to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support recovery goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- BLS/CPR certification required
