Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administering and supervising medications
- Monitoring residents' health status and reporting changes
- Assessing residents' physical and mental conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
- Leading by example to ensure high standards of care
- Taking appropriate action to address resident care needs
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR certification
- IV certification (preferred)
- Long-term care experience (preferred)
