Pay Range: $25.50 â€" $35.32 per hour (Based on experience)
Shift Differential: +$1.00/hr for night shifts (6PMâ€"6AM)
Travel Adjustment: +$2.00/hr for nurses traveling 30+ miles one way from home to work
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available

Essential Functions
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team
- Maintain standards of professional nursing practice
- Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Required: Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the nursing process, particularly in geriatric, long-term, and rehabilitation care
