Job Details:
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: 1139 Main Ave, Warwick, RI 02886
Facility type: Nursing Home (LTC/SNF)
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm | 3pm - 11pm | 11pm - 7am (Five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract: 9 weeks
Pay rate: 440/hr on W2
Travel Pay: $2000/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week

Requirements:
  • State LPN license
  • BLS/CPR preferred
  • Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
  • Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.
  • Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
