Location: 1139 Main Ave, Warwick, RI 02886 Facility type: Nursing Home (LTC/SNF) Shift: 7am – 3:30pm | 3pm – 11pm | 11pm – 7am (Five days in a week that includes EOW) Contract: 9 weeks Pay rate: 440/hr on W2 Travel Pay: $2000/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week Start: TBD

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
