Full-Time | Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL
Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is building an exciting new chapter under new leadership , and we're looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to grow with us.
We're currently hiring a Full-Time LPN for the 11:00 PM-7:00 AM night shift . If you're looking for a nursing opportunity where teamwork is valued, your experience matters, and you can make a meaningful difference for residents every shift, we'd love to meet you.
LPN Night Shift Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions throughout the night shift.
• Recognize changes in condition and communicate clinical concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care.
• Follow individualized resident care plans and physician orders.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the nursing team.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
