Pay: $1,800 – $1,900 weekly

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under RN or provider supervision
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with ADLs, vitals, wound care, and routine nursing tasks
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Follow all state, facility, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Active Vermont LPN License (or compact equivalent)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
