- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents.
Key Duties Include:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
- Maintain professional nursing standards and infection control practices
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Montana
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, memory care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing
- Knowledge of the nursing process and resident-centered care practices
- Experience with medication administration, treatment planning, and electronic medical records (EMR)
