Available Shifts
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
LPN Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents.
Key Duties Include:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and nursing staff
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
  • Maintain professional nursing standards and infection control practices
Qualifications
Required:
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Montana
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Preferred:
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, memory care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing
  • Knowledge of the nursing process and resident-centered care practices
  • Experience with medication administration, treatment planning, and electronic medical records (EMR)
