Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 7am -3pm & 3pm – 11pm (five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract: 7 weeks

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN’s.
