Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Spanish-Speaking Infusion Specialist (Vitamin & Iron)

Location: Riverhead, NY

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) | Flexible start times (early mornings around 6:00 AM or later shifts)

Compensation: $40 -$45 per hour

Position Overview

A healthcare practice in Riverhead, NY is seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with hands-on experience in vitamin and iron infusion therapy. This role is ideal for a clinically strong LPN who is comfortable working independently in an infusion setting and who can communicate confidently with patients.

Fluency in Spanish is required — you must be fully comfortable speaking with Spanish-speaking patients throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer vitamin and iron infusion therapies safely and accurately
• Monitor patients during infusions to ensure comfort, safety, and proper response
• Document treatments and patient information clearly and accurately
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding infusion procedures and after-care
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Active New York State LPN license
• Proven experience with vitamin and iron infusions (IV therapy experience required)
• Fluent Spanish speaker (mandatory)
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
• Flexible availability for early or later shifts
