What You'll Do:
- Supervise and deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support best practices in skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care every shift
- LPN license in Oregon
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience or interest in geriatric, rehab, or long-term care
- A strong commitment to teamwork and professionalism
