- 12-hour day & overnight shifts available
- Fast onboarding & quick case placement
- Supportive team environment
- 1+ year recent LPN experience (acute care preferred)
- Active NYS LPN license & current BLS
- Physical within 1 year
- PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR within 10 years
- Driver's license preferred
