Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Experience in nursing homes, rehab centers, or assisted living preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
