- Document all services provided.

- Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN
- Current Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
- Current CPR Certification
- Compassionate and great time management skills
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
