What You'll Do
In this role, the LPN supports patients throughout their healthcare journey by assisting with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine and metabolic disorders. Responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, preparing patients for visits and procedures, obtaining and documenting accurate clinical information, administering medications and treatments within the scope of practice, coordinating laboratory testing and referrals, reinforcing individualized care plans, and providing patient education to support chronic disease management.

What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
- Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
- Additional Skills Required: Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
