Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and nutritional needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Valid LPN license in Alabama
- Previous experience in a retirement home or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
