What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Support individualized care plans with the care team
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
- Current and valid LPN license (Ohio)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
