NEW LPN PAY SCALE

Base Pay: $35.00–$37.00/hour based on experience

Earn up to $42.90/hour with incentives!

Sign-On Bonuses

Day Shift: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
That's approximately $192 extra every paycheck!

Midnight Shift: $7,000 Sign-On Bonus
That's approximately $269 extra every paycheck!

What You'll Do

As an LPN at Alamo Cove, you'll:

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
