Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a key clinical support provider responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality care in Assisted Living.
This role supports assessments, medication management, care plan implementation, and ongoing monitoring of resident wellbeing while working closely with the interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support caregivers and medication aides
• Ensure care is delivered with dignity and respect
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and leadership

Qualifications
Required

• Active LPN license (Tennessee)
• Ability to work 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM full-time schedule
• Passion for working with seniors
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset

Preferred

• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or long-term care experience
• Experience with eMAR systems
• Previous senior living experience
