Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute communities. In this on-site role, you’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical status, document in EHR, and support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
