Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care on our hospital units. The LPN will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor and document patient status in the EHR, and support RNs and physicians in treatments and procedures. This role includes educating patients and families, following infection control and safety protocols, and collaborating with the care team to support individualized care plans in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
