As a Hospice LPN with Addus Family company, you’ll deliver compassionate, in‑home nursing care to hospice patients, supporting comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll perform assessments, administer medications, provide wound and symptom management, and follow individualized care plans. You will educate and support patients and families on end-of-life care, document care accurately, and communicate changes in condition to the RN case manager and providers.
