About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, and work closely with RNs, physicians, and care teams to support individualized care plans. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments

• Work closely with RNs, physicians, and care teams to support individualized care plans

• Support a positive and compassionate environment that promotes resident comfort and well-being

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Ohio (required)

• New graduates welcome

• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

• Dependable and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills

Benefits and Compensation:

• Wage scale of $22 up to $28 based on experience

• $7,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)

• Attendance bonus: +$2.00/hour

• Loyalty bonus: +$2.00/hour

• Shift differential: +$1.00
