Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute community. The LPN will provide hands-on clinical care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring resident conditions while supporting individualized care plans. Working within an interdisciplinary, faith-based team, you’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to promote dignity, safety, and quality outcomes.
