What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Complete accurate nursing documentation
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Follow all applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or in the process of scheduling/taking the state exam
- Graduated from a LPN training program
- A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
