Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute facilities. The LPN will deliver hands-on clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document in the EHR while supporting individualized care plans.
