Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
Education & Experience:
- Graduation certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, required
- Current state licensure, required
- CPR certification, preferred

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with travel time to/from the satellite clinic locations based on coverage schedule. Employees are also responsible for their own transportation to/from satellite clinic locations.
