Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
- Assist with patient care planning and ongoing evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska LPN license or compact license eligibility.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous LPN experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
