Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute community. In this mission-driven, faith-based setting, you will deliver hands-on nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, and document in EHR.
