🔹 What You'll Do
- Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical examinations, and required testing.
- Monitor donors and manage adverse reactions in accordance with established procedures.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care when necessary.
- Review laboratory results and communicate concerns to appropriate medical personnel.
- Support employee health and safety initiatives, including vaccination programs and incident assessments.
- Maintain compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
🔹 What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a recognized nursing education program.
- Current Iowa LPN or LVN license.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Ability to meet applicable state requirements for basic IV therapy.
- At least 2 years of clinical or hospital experience.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality care, and exceptional customer service.
