Eagle Rock Post Acute Care at Cedar Grove seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, resident-first care in our skilled nursing and post-acute rehab facility. The LPN will provide bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor vitals, support wound care and rehab plans, and document accurately in the EHR. You’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support recovery and long-term care goals while promoting dignity, safety, and comfort.
