Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facilities. In this role, you’ll provide bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, and accurately document care. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans, educate residents and families, and uphold safety and infection control standards.
